The Story

Instruction Manual for Applying a Textile Transfer Preparation:

  • Use a standard iron. Choosing the surface: Place the fabric on a fire-resistant surface. An ironing board is less suitable; instead, use a wooden board, for example, from the kitchen.

  • Position the transfer: Place the transfer design at the desired position on the fabric.

  • Cover: Cover the transfer with parchment paper to protect it.

  • Ironing (front side): Press the transfer for about one minute with moderate pressure on the front side. Ironing (back side): Repeat the process on the back side of the fabric.

  • Cooling down: Let the fabric cool down lying flat.

  • Check the edges: Check if all the edges of the transfer are adhering well. If necessary, press again on those areas.

  • First wash: Wait at least 24 hours before washing the fabric for the first time.
